“The Beauty Of Accident” (2013)
Two people are attached to a rope, the rope that evidently refers to, but not strictly speaking is, Ariadne’s thread, the safety wire,
webs, the thread of destiny, the cord that links us to each other, the thread between life and death.
The sound installation:
7 microphones hanging from the celling or laying on the floor tapping the stage space entirely.
We hear the noises created by the rope and the performers thru the microphones. Slightly audible, a long and calm delay effect repeat every sounds.
Quickly feedback tones emerges from every microphones. The tones becomes the improvisation tools that are mixed and shaped thru a Strymon delay
and a Moogerfooger flanger . The sound result is a "feedback tones" composition.
